Feather Extensions

Sunday, we traveled to Santa Cruz, because I had an appointment with Ashlé Nouveau of Featherluxe. Ever since I saw feather extensions on Christina from Second Skin Style, I knew KNEW I had to get them immediately. I think the immediacy was because I could see them blow up in popularity and not that I feel like I have to be on the cusp of trends, but once you see a certain trend all over the place it become common and loses it's appeal. The other reason for the immediacy is that I think once the trend hits, it could quickly become a fad and I want to enjoy it as long as possible. I could be wrong in my predictions because I don't pretend to be the pulse of everything trendy. I pretty much go my own way and it that happens to be trendy or not, I still wear what I like. RIght now, that means I have rooster feathers on my head.
